Amendment 0002 is issued to:

A) extend the deadline for offers to February 14, 2025, 16:00 CET;
B) provide answers to questions received, numbers 1 thorough 10;
C) update Section C, Paragraph 2.19 "Certifications and insurance cover of the maintenance organization" to clarify the minimum amount of Public Liability Insurance required under this project, which is £10,000,000.00 per incident. All changes are marked in red;
D) update Section L, provision 52.212-1 "Addendum - Instructions to Offerors", subpoint 3) Past Performance. All changes are marked in red.

Amendment 0001 is issued to change the date of the virtual pre-proposal conference, from Thursday, January 9, 2025 to Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 13:00 p.m. GMT (London time).
The meeting will be held on Microsoft Teams. Those wishing to participate shall submit an email request to Andra Balta at baltaa@state.gov, no later than January 10, 2025, 16:00 p.m. London time.
