- Required to fill in bid schedule and past performance questionnaire, attached
- Done as a construction contract

Chiricahua National Monument (CHIR) at 12856 E Rhyolite Creek Rd. Willcox, AZ 85643. The specific Park location is the Autoshop, and the new tank will be located in the footprint of the existing ASTs.
