NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, in support of NAWDC, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation as a total Small Business (SB) set-aside for a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to procure a F/A-18 Phase Aircraft Maintenance Stand.

This procurement will be conducted using a best value comparative source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 13. Delivery is required 90 days ADC.

Interested parties shall provide their best offer to the Government in accordance with the Addendum to 52.212-1 in the solicitation by the closing date and time of this solicitation.

The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 336413 “Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing”.

Offerors are advised that they must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, SAM.gov, prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of an offer.
