This is a hybrid contract with a Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determination and also a Davis Bacon Act (DBA) wage determination. Contract Line Items that should be priced using Davis Bacon Act wages are identified as such on the Price Schedule, and all other Contract Line Items should be priced using the SCA wage determination.
