ADDENDUM AND FAQ's HAVE BEEN ADDED - please go to Gatesville ISD website Departments/Business & Finance / Active & Expired Bids/ Active Bids for details - Gatesville Independent School District is solicitingproposals from qualified contractors to provide labor, supervision, equipment,tools, and incidental materials necessary for the roof repair at the Intermediatecampus.The projectgenerally consists of the following:·       Commercial school roofing layover·             Clean area ofdebris and any unnecessary accessories·             Remove all gravelthroughout entire roof·             Install 1 layer of2.2” ISO board throughout the entire roof·             Install with allproper fasteners and plates· Install 60milGAF-TPO, or equivalent, throughout entire area of roof installed tomanufacturer specification· 896.5 square footincluding fall off, wall, will wrap wall transition with TPO· Install with allproper fasteners and plates according to manufacturer specification· Secure perimeter ofTPO with termination barat wall flashing throughout entire roof· Weld all seams tomanufacturer specifications and probe once all seams are cooled· Install T-patch atall crossing seams· Install all properpipe boots and penetration details for any existing penetrations in roof· Inspect and checkall facets of roof and make sure installed to manufacturer specifications· Clean up and hauloff roof related debris· Run magnetic roller· Include all costsfor needed equipment, labor, disposal, and materials to complete the job· Include warrantyinformation as applicable
