This scope of work outlines the major repairs and replacements required across multiple kitchen equipment units, with a focus on ensuring all units meet functional and safety standards. This equipment is located at multiple Fire Stations and other City Facilities throughout the City of Houston. The equipment to be serviced details various appliances used in multiple locations, with items such as ovens, and stove tops mostly from well-known brands like GE, Whirlpool, and Frigidaire, with occasional higher-end options like Sub Zero and Blue Star for specific categories. 1.Ovens, Wall Ovens: GE, LG, Whirlpool, Blue Star, Frigidaire, Dacor, and Wolf. 2.Cooktops and Ranges: Wolf, GE, LG, Dacor, Thermador, and Viking.
