Concho Valley Council of Governments (“CVCOG”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified andexperienced Respondents to provide AUTOMATIC PASSENGER COUNTER (APC) SYSTEMFOR CONCHO VALLEY TRANSIT DISTRICT in accordance with the requirements set forth inthis Solicitation (the submitting parties “Respondents” and the submissions “Proposals”).The objective of this Solicitation is to identify and contract with a Respondent that demonstratesthe capability, expertise, and resources necessary to deliver high-quality services/products thatmeet the operational and performance needs of CVCOG. The successful Respondent will beselected based on their demonstrated ability to satisfy the evaluation criteria described in thisdocument.All Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained herein. Proposalsthat do not comply with the requirements and submission guidelines may be rejected as nonresponsive.
