Statement of Work (SOW) Contract Title: Engineering Drawings for Monochloramine Injection Systems Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) has a requirement to provide engineering drawings for already installed monochloramine injection systems located in Building #501 central plant for the purpose of guidance document 1061-6.0 design and startup compliance (Attachment 5). Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide required supplies, equipment, travel, labor, and personnel needed to complete the engineering drawing of the monochloramine injection systems located at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center. Contractor shall provide all required items for the requirement described in this statement of work. Contractor shall provide equipment, supplies, and perform work in strict accordance with the Specifications, Statement of Work, schedule, all VA local, state, Federal policies, regulations, and all other supporting documents required for this contract. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for 90 days from the date of award.
