Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for obtaining General Housecleaning Services for the U.S. Embassy Tokyo, Japan.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered.

The U.S. Government may award the contract based on the initial quote without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The U.S. Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.

All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/SAM prior to award of a contract.
