The City of San Antonio, Capital DeliveryDepartment (CDD) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seekingStatements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms (Respondents) toprovide on-call Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP)engineering services for City-owned facilities. These services will supportboth new construction and major renovations, with the goal of ensuring safe,reliable, code-compliant, and well-coordinated building systems. Scope of workmay include assessment and evaluation of existing MEP/FP systems; preparationof design documents; interdisciplinary coordination; construction phaseservices such as site visits, submittal and RFI reviews, and fieldobservations; and project close-out and warranty follow-up services.
