Deadlinefor prospective vendors to submit questions to this RFP is Monday, October 5, 2026.  Proposals must be submitted by 11:00 A.M., Friday, October 16, 2026.  The Harris Center reserves all rights toreject any and/or all proposals, to waive formalities and reasonableirregularities in submitted documents as it deems to be in its best interests andis not obligated to accept the lowest proposal.
