Addendum 2 - This addendum includes revised technical specifications that replace previously issued requirements. All bidders must review Addendum 2 in full and ensure their submissions comply with the updated specifications. The purpose of this contract is to purchase rifle systems to include rifle, optic, suppressor and light for the Tarrant County Sheriff’s County SWAT Division. Invitations for bid will require vendors to be Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders and they must be a Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) holder authorized to sell specified firearms.
