Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The United States Consulate General in Casablanca, Morocco will launch the solicitation on SAM.Gov website when it is ready.

The solicitation will be for a Dedicated Internet Channel for one of the US Consulate General's agencies in Casablanca, Morocco. 

The anticipated performance period is for a base year with one one-year option period, if exercised by the Government.  All responsible vendors authorized to provide this service in Morocco may submit a quotation which will be considered. 

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible company whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered utilizing FAR 13 Comparative Evaluation.  The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. 

All vendors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to solicitation submission.  Therefore, prospective offerors must be registered in SAM prior to the submittal of their proposal.

All offerors will be required to submit a Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Questionnaire and C-SCRM Software Producer Attestation Form as part of their offer.
