This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

75H1225Q-008KN is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service intends to contract for the rental of one (1)  generator to be used for backup and emergency purposes at the Colorado River Service Unit (CRSU) Peach Spring Clinic. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Products & Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR
13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and  incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. 

AMENDMENT #001: Revises the Statement of Work (SOW) and confirms the requirement is for one (1) generator.
