1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Services and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, testing and supervision for the drydocking for the USCG Academy Training Vessel’s RESPECT, HONOR, DUTY and SHUMAN while work is being performed as specified in the below Scope of Work (SOW) and the attached “Specification for Drydock Repairs, Rev-0” for each of the four vessels listed above.
6. The vessels are located at the USCG Academy,15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320.
