This Statement of Work (SOW) directs the design, build-out,configuration, accreditation support, and operational turn-over of a turn-keyImpact Level 4 (IL4) Microsoft Azure enterprise environment that serves as theauthoritative bridge between IL2 and IL5. This environment will be authorizedto store, process, and transmit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) andwill be engineered to support up to 4,850 concurrent enterprise users onaverage and surge to 6,700 concurrent users as necessary.
