This CSP is for the Lone Star College System (LSCS) Roof Replacement at theMontgomery-University Center location.This solicitation intends to contract with a vendor capable of completing the project described in the Scope of Work. Competitive Sealed Proposals shall be submitted electronically through the LoneStar College System e-Bid system. Bidders are required to read the SpecialConditions and to comply with all bid terms. The Lone Star College System will accept proposals on an ongoing basis from the CSP issue date until the CSP isopened at 1:30 p.m. CST on October 2, 2026.Project Overview and Statement of WorkThe Lone Star College System is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provideall labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permitting, testing, inspections, and closeout services necessaryto construct a new roof.SECTION 1: PROJECT SCOPE AND OVERVIEWThe Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for theroof replacement and related renovation work at the Montgomery Campus – University Center. Theproject includes complete removal of the existing roofing system down to the existing lightweightinsulating concrete deck, repair of the existing roof deck as required, installation of a newmodified bitumen roofing system, replacement and modification of associated roofing components, andall related work necessary to provide a complete, watertight roofing assembly, includingmanufacturer and contractor warranties. Please direct any questions regarding this CSP to Lydia Sterling, Sr. CommodityManager, through the questions and answers tab.
