Services to provide, develop and conduct the Texas Transit Leadership Institute Training (TTLI) program for TxDOT. TTLI will provide leadership training to 25 Texas executive Rural and Urban transit agency leaders. The training envisioned is inclusive of use of formal individual assessment tools and in person group training with intersession activities spanning up to nine months in duration.
