The Medical Readiness Contracting Office West (MRCO) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to find potential sources for (7) disinfector maintenance and services for seven (7) Olympus reprocessors for the Olympus AER Systems already owned at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) located at Fort Bliss, TX. The required model and serial numbers of the 7 reprocessors are attached in this posting. Contractors must prove certification to service serialized Olympus Reprocessors. A base period of performance from 01 March 2025 through 28 February 2026 will be required for this action.
A sources-sought is a market research tool being used to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The intent of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist by determining if this effort can be successfully competed and/or set-aside for small businesses. Upon closing of this sources sought, the government will use the information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. This requirement is anticipated to result in the award of a single firm-fixed price contract. Period of performance is tentatively anticipated as base plus two additional option years. The government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparation or participation in this research.
