This Competitive Sealed Proposal (or CSP) is the intention of the Lone Star College System (LSCS or The System) to purchase services for the LSC Kingwood Fire Science Water Line and Septic System Project.Pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Lone Star College System will evaluate proposals and award a contract to the Proposer whose proposal represents the Best Value to Lone Star College System.All prices and/or discounts are to be effective from the time of submission until completion of the project and acceptance by the System.
