General & Special Conditions1.0 Scope of Solicitation – It is the intention of the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD, the District and/or Owner) to establish an annual contract, on an as needed basis, for: Marketing Services - Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District ("CFISD", the "District", and/or "Owner") invites your firm to submit a Proposal response to provide the services of a qualified marketing firm to plan, coordinate, implement and administer a marketing campaign. The campaign will educate and motivate District residents, citing associated benefits to a community that is supported by all residents of the District, not just families of its students. The marketing firm must have experience managing highly recognized brand names, possess excellent creative development skills, provide high quality results in a cost effective manner, work willingly with the District as a non-exclusive contractor, and recognize and accept that the District has internal marketing capabilities that will be implemented from time to time. The estimated budget is up to $433,000 annually.
