This solicitation is to establish a contract for a hydraulic-powered, telescoping, truck-mounted crane (boom truck) with a minimum 34,000-pound load rating at a 5-foot load radius, a turret-mounted winch, and a minimum boom-tip height of 70 feet. The crane must be complete, assembled, mounted, serviced, tested, and certified to rated capacity on the vehicle specified herein.
