Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Ground Maintenance Services at ND001 - 3319 University Dr., Dismarck, ND; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 1 April 2025 (or subsequent date) to 31 March 2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six month (6) option to extend services.
