Sealed Proposals will beaccepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4thStreet, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 25, 2026.  The City of Waco has issued this solicitationalong with McLennan County Emergency Assistance District (MCEAD 9-1-1), andMcLennan County. The objective is to secure an agreement with a qualifiedaerial data provider to deliver high resolution, 4-band digital orthoimageryand seamless countywide mosaics captured during the early 2027 winter leaf-offwindow.
