Eglin Air Force Base is seeking sources for a design-build project to replace Air Handling Units (AHUs) and piping. The project involves the removal and replacement of hydronic piping and Computer Room Air Conditioner (CRAC) units in a data center.

Scope of Work:

• Design and build removal and replacement of hydronic piping and CRAC units
• Provide all necessary services, equipment, tools, materials, labor, supervision, transportation, and architectural/engineering services
• Perform mechanical, electrical, structural, and plumbing work as required

Period of Performance: 270 calendar days
