The Government intends to award a single definitive contract for the Edge Lighted Panel and Annunciator Dimmer (ELPAD) Circuit Card Assembly for the C-5 aircraft NSN: 5998-01-599-8130, P/N 716163-2. 

This sole source effort will be awarded IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Extant Aerospace Inc. CAGE 22830. The Government does not own that data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item.
