This is a Request for Information (RFI) from interested offerors that can provide Cellulose Nitrate Camphor (CNC) in accordance with MIL-B-10854. CNC is used for the MK140, MK141 and MK144 Smoke, Signal, Illumination and Marine Markers (SSIM’s). A Request for Quote (RFQ) will follow the closing of this RFI.
