This Performance work statement (PWS) outlines the comprehensive maintenance services to be provided for VA Pacific Island Health Care System (VAPIHCS), Integrated Security System (ISS). The Integrated Security System encompasses a range of vital components and parts designed to safeguard our premises, assets, and personnel. The purpose of this document is to establish a clear framework for the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support required to ensure the optimal functionality and reliability of the ISS. The components covered under the plan include the CCTV Cameras, recording equipment, access control system, badge system, intrusion detection system, all hardware attached to the access control equipment/system, software/license update/upgrade support for SoftwareHouse, CCURE, VideoEdge, Victor, American Dynamics and related communications equipment.
