-Are you able to propose to each CLIN? If not, why?

-Which, if any CLIN, would you likely subcontract?

-What pricing structure is reasonable/realistic for each CLIN?

-What dollar range, based on the models, and systems described in the PWS would be reasonable for the non-routine work under CLIN 0003? Provide a yearly estimated min/max, and per project average. 

-Is there any information not included in the PWS that would assist you in providing a more accurate proposal?
